Windows or macOS says the app is unrecognized. Is that normal?
Yes. If SmartScreen or macOS Gatekeeper appears, follow the install guide on the Download page or installation docs.
Where do I enter my license activation code?
Open the desktop app and choose Activate with license code on the sign-in screen. You can generate/reveal codes in your account Licenses panel.
How do I switch monthly/yearly billing or cancel?
Open My Account, then My subscription. You can switch billing cycle, review next billing, and cancel there.
I cannot sign in. Should I reset my password?
Yes. Use the Forgot password flow on the account page. If it still fails, send a ticket with the email address used for the account.
What should I include in a ticket for faster help?
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and include platform details plus screenshots/logs if possible.
